Alyssa Blancke, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Alyssa Blancke is a 2026 graduate of the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Animal Science and Psychology from West Virginia University. Her professional interests include animal behavior, dentistry, dermatology, and theriogenology. She is also a certified Cat Friendly Veterinarian.
A Calvert County native, Dr. Blancke is excited to care for the pets and families in her community. At home, she shares her life with Neko the black cat, Ren the maine coon, and two beagles Scout & Penny. Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys crafting, hiking, reading, and playing video games.
